The BLAST search is working again!!! I apologize for the mix-up, in order to fix the
problem I had to switch servers. But it is fixed and working. Many thanks to Bill Adamsen and the
Connecticut chapter of TACF for his donation.

The database was updated today. New fields include; authorities for fruiting body
collections, collected by, and identified by. Also the search page has been modified to show percentages
instead of the relevance number, it should make it easier to understand. New sequences are coming soon!!

Several new things have been added. There is now a search function that will search the
database for fungal names, either a genus name or a species name. Also Dr. Dan Czederpiltz has broken the 'no donation'
streak with his greatly appreaciated donation of $1.00 USD. Thanks Dan!!!

The formating problems in internet explorer have been fixed. Nobody has made a donation
yet?!?!? :)

I've updated the database and split apart the fruiting bodies from the root tips. This
should make it easier to find what you are looking for. Notice that I've updated the fruiting body database but with
no new sequences, the sequences will be posted when they get done. I've also linked the ID's made from the Unite database back to
their site.

The Blast search now works, you can search the entire database, just the fruiting bodies, or
just the root tips. Enjoy!

Site is online today. Erik has let me use his server to
temporarily host these pages. Hopefully UW-L will let us run PHP and MySQL on a server in the near future. Thanks
for visiting and let me know if anything does not work. We have also had problems getting the Blast search to
work, hopefully it will be up and running soon.
